BASF Ultrafuse® 17-4 PH 是一種與 LPD Plus Zortrax Endureal 3D 列印機兼容的工業複合線材。與金屬注射成型或金屬機加工相比，它具有允許用戶以安全、簡單且經濟高效的方式生產金屬零件的功能。線材含有 80% 的 17-4 不銹鋼顆粒和 20% 的聚合物含量。

巴斯夫 Ultrafuse® 17-4 PH 可用於 3D 列印堅固的金屬最終用途部件、功能原型、需要耐候性的元件、醫療設備、汽車部件、化學管道或閥門、工具或固定裝置的元件。列印件具有高達 1004 MPa 的抗拉強度、764 MPa 的屈服強度、高達 4% 的斷裂伸長率，並具有馬氏體（磁性）微觀結構。

3D 列印通過外包給 Elnik Systems GmbH 的專有催化脫脂和燒結工藝獲得其獨特的特性。在此過程中，3D 列印的“綠色部件”變成全金屬“棕色部件”。因此，您會收到具有高耐腐蝕性的可磁化元件。在後處理過程中，巴斯夫 Ultrafuse® 17-4 PH 模型縮小了約 20%。在準備 3D 列印模型時應考慮到這種影響。
