The BMF microArch D1025 is the latest professional ultra-high precision 3D printer from BMF, using the patented Projection Micro Stereolithography (PµSL) technology. The D1025 offers 10 micrometer and 25 micrometer dual-resolution options with automatic switching or mixing within the same build, representing the next generation of precision manufacturing solutions.
Compared to the previous generation D0210, the D1025 features lighter weight (500kg vs 900kg), lower power consumption, greater build height (75mm vs 50mm), and improved DLP projection system.
The microArch D1025 is BMF's first 3D printer supporting automatic dual-resolution switching, capable of automatically switching between 10 micrometer and 25 micrometer, and can even mix both resolutions within the same build.
Parts printed by the microArch D1025 feature superior surface quality with extremely low surface roughness, typically requiring no post-processing for direct use.
The microArch D1025 features improved DLP projection system, providing larger projection area and faster printing speed.
