優勢概覽
PEBA 是結合「尼龍的韌性」與「柔性聚醚嵌段」的熱塑性彈性體線材，兼具高回彈、低溫柔韌與耐磨特性；用於 3D 列印時線條穩定、不易翹曲，同硬度條件下相較 TPU 更輕、更彈、列印速度也更快，適合做高端鞋材、運動裝備、工業部件與緩衝包裝等。舉例：拿來列印鞋墊/緩衝墊時，踩壓後能快速回彈；做穿戴配件的柔性固定件，也能兼顧耐磨與彈性手感。

⚠️注意:
1. 建議收到耗材後，重新烘乾耗材。耗材拆封暴露於空氣中一段時間後，為提高列印效果，建議重新乾燥。
2. 推薦使用全新噴嘴。請勿使用曾用於列印過纖維增強耗材的熱端噴嘴列印 PEBA。
3. 確保擠出機無異物，進料齒輪完好無磨損，否則可能會出現耗材打滑而無法被連續均勻擠出。
4. 列印柔性耗材需要低阻力流暢的進料，進料阻力過大會造成擠出不足；推薦使用帶軸承的料盤乾燥箱或安裝帶軸承的低阻力料盤支架。
舉例：如果你列印到一半開始「出料忽多忽少」，就可以先對照第 3 點檢查進料齒輪是否磨損/卡異物；如果是「常常擠不動、出料不足」，就優先對照第 4 點檢查料盤阻力是否太大。
