Shake thoroughly before use. 8K-FR has a viscosity of 420~500 cps — good workability at room temperature. Flame retardant additives may settle; thorough shaking ensures uniform distribution of flame retardants, which is the first step to ensuring FR performance.
Wash with 95% Alcohol , IPA or dedicated cleaning solution to thoroughly remove surface residual resin. The fine structures of 8K ultra-high resolution require thorough cleaning to ensure clear details and prepare for post-curing.
Post-cure using a UV curing station (365~405nm) for 20~60 minutes (adjust based on model thickness). Thorough UV post-curing ensures complete resin crosslinking, laying the foundation for subsequent heat treatment.
After UV post-curing, place the model in an oven and heat at 80°C for 30 minutes. ⚠️ This step is absolutely essential to fully activate the material's optimal mechanical properties and flame retardant characteristics — it cannot be omitted.
