Applications
• Functional Prototypes & Test Parts: Rapidly verify designs by creating prototypes that can withstand real-world stress testing.
• Jigs & Fixtures: Manufacture robust and durable alignment blocks, clamps, and holders for production lines or workshops.
• Automotive & Mechanical Parts: Print heat-resistant, wear-resistant non-critical automotive components, machine housings, gears, or brackets.
• Electronic Enclosures: Leverage its rigidity and dimensional stability to create precise and durable electronic housings and protective cases.
• Drone & RC Model Components: Offers a perfect balance of lightweight and high stiffness, suitable for airframe structural parts.
Specifications
Filament Material: ABS-GF (Glass Fiber Reinforced ABS)
Filament Diameter: 1.75mm (Tolerance: ±0.05mm)
Net Weight: 1 kg
Colors: Black
• Nozzle Temperature: 240 - 270°C (Recommended start: 255°C)
• Bed Temperature: 95 - 110°C
• Print Speed: 30 - 90 mm/s
• Cooling Fan: 0 - 30% (Low speed or off to prevent warping)
• Printing Environment: A fully enclosed printer is strongly recommended to maintain a stable ambient temperature.
• Nozzle Material: Hardened steel nozzle or above is required. Glass fiber is abrasive and will quickly wear out standard brass nozzles.
• Build Plate: PEI sheet or use of glue stick/adhesives is recommended for strong adhesion.

Important Notes
• Abrasiveness: This filament contains glass fibers, which are highly abrasive to standard brass nozzles and extruder gears. It is mandatory to use a hardened steel nozzle or a more wear-resistant equivalent.
• Moisture Management: Like standard ABS, ABS-GF is hygroscopic. To ensure the best print quality, please store unused filament in a sealed, dry environment. If the filament becomes damp, we recommend drying it at 80°C for 4-6 hours.
• Ventilation: Printing with ABS-based materials can produce some fumes. It is recommended to operate the printer in a well-ventilated area.
Disclaimer:
The values provided above are typical values obtained under standard laboratory conditions and are for reference only. Actual performance may vary depending on the printing equipment, parameter settings, and model geometry.
Tips :
Tips for Successful Printing with ABS-GFFilament
Encountering nozzle clogs when printingwith ABS Glass Fiber (ABS-GF) filament? This is a common challenge withcomposite materials. The added glass fibers, while providing excellent strengthand heat resistance, are abrasive and can accumulate inside the nozzle.
Follow these expert recommendations toensure smooth, reliable, and high-quality prints.
1. Essential Hardware Upgrades
Standard brass nozzles will wear outquickly. Upgrading your hardware is the most critical step for printing withabrasive materials like ABS-GF.
2. Optimized Slicer Settings
Fine-tuning your slicer settings is key toachieving a smooth and consistent extrusion flow.
3. Best Practices for Operation andEnvironment
A stable printing environment and properfilament handling are crucial for success.
By following these guidelines—especially byusing a 0.6mm hardened steel nozzle—you will dramatically improve yourprinting success rate with ABS-GF filament. Happy printing
