QTS Conductive ABS shielding material isformulated using high-quality ABS resin, enhanced with specialized conductiveagents. It provides excellent anti-static performance and is well-suited forboth extrusion and injection molding. Application
✦ In the electronics industry, sparks caused by staticelectricity can seriously damage precision electronic components. To mitigatethe risks of static buildup and discharge, conductive materials are commonlyused for turnover boxes and packaging during manufacturing, handling, andstorage. This anti-static ABS material offers a surface resistivity of 10³ to10⁵ Ω and can be processed using the same molding methods as standard ABS.Finished products, regardless of size, exhibit high impact strength and excellentrigidity, making them resistant to deformation and bending. It is ideal forvarious industrial packaging applications as well as large structuralcomponents.
Extrusion ProcessingInstructions
✦ If the material’s innermoisture-proof bag has failed or the material has absorbed moisture, it must bedried before use. Use a hot air circulation dryer. Set the temperature to 85°Cand dry the material for at least 3 hours. To ensure optimal processingquality, the dried material should be fed directly into the extruder wheneverpossible.
