Professional Workflow (Follow Strictlyto Ensure Casting Success)
1. Cleaning:
- Quickly clean the model surface with an alcohol spray.
- Immediately use an air gun to blow off any remaining resin and alcohol until dry.
- [WARNING] Do NOT soak the model in alcohol for more than 30 seconds! Over-soaking can cause details to swell, deform, or even crack.
2. Post-Curing:
- Place the cleaned and dried model in a UV curing chamber.
- Cure for 60 minutes to ensure the model is fully hardened and strong enough for the subsequent investment process.
3. Burnout:
- Please follow the recommended burnout schedule below for the burnout process. This schedule is suitable for most phosphate-bonded investments, but we still recommend fine-tuning based on your specific equipment and investment material.
