Wax-Filled Formula · Ultra-Low Ash · Ultra-Clean Burnout · High Precision Low Shrinkage
Transform your digital designs into perfect precious metal or dental alloy castings
The soul of a castable resin. The wax-filled formula completely vaporizes during burnout, leaving zero residue — fundamentally eliminating porosity, defects, and detail loss in castings.
Whether delicate prong settings or complex bridge frameworks, low shrinkage ensures printed prototypes match your digital design with micron-level accuracy.
The wax-filled formula creates smoother investment mold walls, resulting in cleaner metal casting surfaces — significantly reducing post-casting polishing time and effort.
Detailed burnout schedule recommendations with clear critical notes on washing and post-curing — guiding every professional step from printing to casting to maximize success rates.
Traditional lost-wax casting is a precision casting process used in jewelry and dentistry for thousands of years: create wax pattern → invest → burnout the wax → inject molten metal → cool and retrieve the metal piece.
QTS Casting Pro Castable Resin lets you completely replace traditional hand-carved wax patterns with 3D printing. Its wax-filled formula behaves almost identically to traditional wax during burnout — completely vaporizing with ultra-low ash — giving you the precision of digital design while preserving the perfect metal quality of traditional lost-wax casting.
Lost-wax casting prototypes for rings, earrings, pendants, bracelets — delicate prong settings and complex mounting structures perfectly reproduced
Casting prototypes for crowns, bridges, metal frameworks and dentures — high precision ensures accurate occlusion, the dental technician's reliable partner
Any small precision metal parts produced through casting — complex internal cavity structures easily achieved
The artist's and craftsman's creative tool — transform digital sculptures into permanent metal artworks
Batch casting prototypes for custom medals, badges, commemorative coins and metal crafts
Small metal part prototype casting for aerospace, medical, and precision instrument sectors

Use 95% alcohol, IPA (isopropyl alcohol), or Magic Wash Plus dedicated cleaning solution in spray form to quickly clean the model surface. Immediately blow dry with an air gun to remove residual resin and alcohol.
Place the cleaned and dried model in a UV post-curing station. Cure for 60 minutes to ensure the model is fully cured with sufficient strength for the subsequent investing process.
Invest the fully cured model with phosphate-based investment material. Follow the investment manufacturer's instructions and ensure the investment is fully set before burnout.
Follow the recommended burnout schedule below. This schedule applies to most phosphate-based investments; adjust based on your specific equipment and investment material characteristics.
After burnout, while the mold is still hot, inject molten precious metal (gold, platinum, silver, etc.) or dental alloy to ensure complete mold cavity fill.
