Usage Instructions & SafetyRecommendations
Operation & Post-Curing (Follow thisorder strictly for the best ceramic texture):
- Shake Well: Before use, gently shake the bottle to ensure the resin is thoroughly mixed.
- Cleaning: After printing, quickly clean the model with 95% Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA) or a dedicated resin cleaner (do not soak for more than 5 minutes) and ensure the surface is completely dry.
- UV Post-Curing: Place the cleaned and dried model in a 365-405nm UV curing chamber, irradiating both the front and back for 10 minutes each.
- Thermal Treatment (Crucial Step): Immediately after UV post-curing, place the model in an oven preheated to 100°C and bake for 10 minutes. This step is key to activating the best hardness and ceramic texture.
- Support Removal: After the model has completely cooled down, carefully remove the support structures.
Storage & Disposal:
- Storage: Seal and store in a cool, dry place at 15-35°C, away from direct sunlight. Filter and store used resin separately.
- Disposal: Do not pour liquid resin down the drain. Please fully cure waste resin into a solid state and dispose of it as "General Recyclable Waste."
Safety Precautions:
- Personal Protection: Always wear gloves, safety goggles, and protective clothing when handling resin. Wash hands with soap after each operation.
- Ventilation: It is strongly recommended to use the resin in a well-ventilated area.
- Keep Away from Children: Store resin properly and keep it out of reach of children.
