Shake thoroughly before use. Ceramic-Like 100 has a viscosity of 400~600 cps. The ceramic-feel special additives may settle — thorough shaking ensures uniform distribution, which is the first step to ensuring the ceramic texture.
Wash with 95% Alcohol , IPA or dedicated cleaning solution. Soak time must not exceed 5 minutes, and ensure the surface is completely dry. Excessive soaking time may affect the surface texture and hardness of the finished piece — strictly control washing time.
Post-cure using a UV curing station (365~405nm), 10 minutes on each side (20 minutes total). Ensure all surfaces receive even light exposure, laying the foundation for subsequent heat treatment and avoiding texture inconsistencies from uneven curing.
After UV post-curing, immediately place the model in an oven preheated to 100°C and bake for 10 minutes. ⚠️ This step is absolutely essential to activate optimal hardness and ceramic texture — it cannot be omitted. Heat treatment perfects the material's internal structure, enabling the finished piece to achieve the best white porcelain texture and maximum hardness.
After heat treatment, wait until the model has completely cooled before carefully removing support structures. Removing supports while the model is still warm may cause cracking or deformation as the material hasn't fully stabilized — always wait for complete cooling.

A: Ceramic-Like 100's ceramic feel refers to the visual and tactile experience of the finished piece approaching real ceramics. Visually, the piece presents a matte white without the plastic sheen of ordinary resins. Tactilely, the piece feels cool, solid, and heavy — like the feel of real ceramic objects. Combined with Shore 88~90D ultra-high hardness, the overall experience is very close to fine white porcelain. Of course, it remains a photopolymer resin with differences in density and thermal conductivity from real ceramics, but for artistic visual and tactile presentation, it's currently the closest photopolymer material to ceramic feel on the market.
A: Ceramic-Like 100's ceramic-feel special additives are sensitive to prolonged IPA soaking. Excessive soaking time may dissolve or wash away surface additives, affecting the final ceramic texture and surface smoothness. Use a quick-wash method, complete washing within 5 minutes, and ensure the surface is completely dry before UV post-curing.
A: Standard household or industrial ovens are suitable — just one that can stably maintain 100°C. Commercially available food ovens, industrial ovens, or professional UV curing stations (some models include heating) all work. Ensure the oven is preheated to 100°C before placing the model to ensure consistent heat treatment results.
A: Absolutely! Pure white is the ideal base for painting primers, making subsequent hand-painting and airbrushing colors more vibrant and saturated. The scratch-resistant surface ensures no damage during post-processing. Acrylic paints or dedicated model paints are recommended; lightly sand the surface before painting to improve adhesion.
A: QTS Ceramic-Like 100 is compatible with all 405nm light source LCD/DLP/SLA 3D printers, including Phrozen, Anycubic, Elegoo, Creality, FlashForge, eSUN, Miicraft, and other mainstream brands. High-resolution printer models are recommended to fully showcase the detail reproduction of the ceramic texture.
A: Yes. Ceramic-Like 100 uses a premium anti-yellowing formula that maintains pure white under normal indoor display conditions (avoid prolonged direct sunlight). This makes it ideal for artworks, GK figures, collectibles, and other applications requiring long-term display. For extended preservation, avoid placing in environments with intense UV exposure.
QTS brings 30+ years of chemical expertise. Ceramic-Like 100's ceramic-feel formula is developed and manufactured entirely in Taiwan with stable quality and high batch consistency, ensuring every bottle delivers the best white porcelain texture.
