It empowers you to apply 3D printing directly to high-temperature manufacturing processes and demanding environmental tests, making it a revolutionary solution for functional prototyping and low-volume production.

【CRITICAL】Unlocking Full Performance: The 2-Step Thermal Post-Curing Process

To achieve the optimal 270°C heat resistance and mechanical strength, your printed parts MUST undergo the following two-step thermal treatment. This process will fundamentally transform the material's physical properties.
  • Step 1: UV Heat Curing
    • Place the print in a UV curing chamber that has a heating function.
    • Set the temperature to 60°C and cure for 60 minutes.
    • Observation: The material will change from a transparent yellowish color to a dark green.
  • Step 2: High-Temperature Thermal Treatment (Baking)
    • Immediately after Step 1, transfer the part to a baking oven or high-temperature furnace.
    • Heat to 160°C and bake for 120 minutes.
    • Observation: After full baking, the material's color will revert from dark green to a slightly yellowish transparent color.
Only after completing these steps will your part possess its top-tier heat resistance, rigidity, and durability.(Note: For thicker parts, it is recommended to extend the curing and baking times accordingly.)

Usage Instructions

Shake Well Before Use: Ensure the resin is thoroughly mixed by shaking well before use to prevent settling.

Safety Precautions: This material is a photopolymer resin. Always wear rubber gloves during operating to avoid prolonged skin contact, which could cause allergic reactions or irritation.

Cleaning After Printing: After printing, clean the printed models with alcohol, isopropyl alcohol, or a specialized cleaning agent.

Exposure Parameters Setting: Exposure settings can vary between printer brands and models. For optimal results, it is recommended printing a calibration test piece to confirm that the exposure parameters are suitable for your specific printer.


Post-Curing Treatment

After forming, this material must undergo thorough 'post-curing' and 'heat treatment' to demonstrate its high-temperature resistance and mechanical properties

Step 1: Use a UV curing box with a wavelength of 365–405 nm and heat to 60°C for 60 minutes. At this point, the material will change from a transparent light-yellow to a dark green color.

Step 2: After completing Step 1, place the material in an oven or high-temperature furnace and raise the temperature to 160°C for 120 minutes. After thorough heating and curing, the material will change from dark green to a light-yellow transparent color, achieving optimal heat resistance and mechanical properties.

Note: For thicker printed parts, it is recommended to extend the curing time; please make adjustment based on the condition of the final product.
