QTS Flex series offers multiple hardness options to meet different application needs:
Ultra-Soft Feel
700% Elongation
Gel-like texture
Wearables, Medical Models
Soft Rubber Feel
270~340% Elongation
Excellent rebound support
Buttons, Cushions, Wristbands
Firmer Elasticity
100~200% Elongation
Structural elastic parts
Industrial fixtures, Covers
✅ Functional buttons that can be repeatedly pressed and quickly rebound
✅ Cushion pads or shock absorbers for protective applications
✅ Wristband or sports gear prototypes that need support but remain soft
✅ Seals or anti-slip pads with soft rubber texture
✅ RC model tires or elastic transmission parts
Shore 25A hardness provides soft rubber-like texture. Withstands repeated compression and bending, quickly returning to original shape — ideal for functional elastic parts.
Up to 270~340% elongation ensures product durability. Even under tensile or torsional stress, it resists tearing, handling dynamic application challenges.
Skin-friendly surface with gentle touch, suitable for wearable devices, operating interfaces, or medical models requiring body contact.
Directly print complex soft structures impossible with traditional molds — integrated elastic buttons, cushioned insoles — dramatically accelerating R&D.
Formula optimized for LCD/DLP/SLA printers. Low viscosity ensures good resin flow, significantly reducing print failure rates and saving material costs.
100% Taiwan R&D and manufacturing with strict quality control and high batch consistency. QTS Technology's 30+ years of chemical background ensures trustworthy quality.
Product buttons, anti-slip pads, seals, soft grips. Perfectly simulates the feel and function of final products.
Custom cushion pads, shock absorbers, robot buffer blocks. Protects precision equipment from impact damage.
Wristband prototypes, sports gear, earphone ear pads requiring support. Skin-friendly material for comfortable long-term wear.
RC model tires, elastic parts in film props. High elongation ensures repeated use without damage.
Medical device soft part prototypes, human tissue simulation models, laboratory soft clamping devices.
Pipeline seals, anti-vibration rubber pads, soft transmission parts, industrial robot end-effector soft contact surfaces.

Elastic resin printing parameters differ from standard hard resins. Use longer bottom layer exposure times to ensure adhesion, while avoiding over-exposure which can make the final product too hard and lose elasticity. For first use, start with middle values for test prints.
| Printer Model | Screen Type | Bottom Layer Exposure | Normal Layer Exposure | Layer Height |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Phrozen Make | Color-LCD | 30 ~ 40 sec | 8 ~ 12 sec | 50 µm |
| Phrozen Sonic mini | Mono-LCD | 20 ~ 30 sec | 5 ~ 8 sec | 50 µm |
| Miicraft 125 DLP | DLP | 8 ~ 12 sec | 1.5 ~ 2.5 sec | 50 µm |
Gently shake the bottle for 30 seconds before use to mix thoroughly
Set recommended exposure time per printer model, use middle values for first use
Gently remove model after printing, avoid excessive force
Wash with 95% IPA alcohol for 30~60 seconds to remove residual resin
365~405nm UV light box for 10~30 minutes (avoid over-curing)
Post-cure time is critical for elastic resins! Over-curing (more than 60 minutes) will cause the product to harden and lose its elastic properties. Start with 10 minutes and gradually adjust based on the elasticity of the finished product.
QTS Flex 25A is compatible with all 395~405nm LCD/DLP/SLA 3D printers, including but not limited to:

A: The main difference is hardness and rebound. Flex 8A (Shore 8A) is extremely soft with 700% elongation and gel-like texture, ideal for wearables and medical models requiring extreme softness. Flex 25A (Shore 25A) is slightly firmer with 270~340% elongation and better rebound support, suitable for functional buttons, cushion pads, and wristbands needing elasticity with some support.
A: Post-cure time directly affects the elastic properties of the final product. Insufficient post-cure may leave a sticky surface; excessive post-cure (over 60 minutes) will gradually harden the product, losing elasticity. Start with 10~15 minutes and adjust based on the elasticity of the finished product.
A: It can be used for prototype testing and low-pressure sealing applications. Shore 25A hardness and 270~340% elongation provide good sealing performance. Note that 3D printed seals may have layer lines; for high-pressure or demanding sealing applications, functional testing is recommended first.
A: Elastic resins require more attention than hard resins. Key points: (1) Ensure sufficient bottom layer exposure for good adhesion; (2) Avoid overly thin structures (minimum wall thickness 1mm recommended); (3) Set supports appropriately to avoid difficulty in removal; (4) Don't print too fast.
A: Fully cured products have a silicone-like feel suitable for wearable device prototypes. Note that photopolymer resin products are not medical-grade materials. For applications with prolonged direct skin contact, conduct skin testing first and ensure complete post-curing.
A: Stored sealed, away from light, at 15~35°C, the shelf life is 12 months. After opening, use within 6 months for best printing results. Always ensure the cap is tightly sealed after use.
A: Mixing different resin formulas is not recommended as it may affect curing characteristics and final performance. If you need a hardness between two options, contact QTS technical support for professional formula recommendations.
A: Never pour liquid resin directly down the drain. Fully cure waste resin into solid form before disposing as general recyclable waste. IPA alcohol used for washing also requires proper disposal and should not be poured into drains.
