UsageInstructions & Safety Recommendations
Operation& Post-Curing:
- Shake Well: Before use, gently shake the bottle to ensure the resin is thoroughly mixed.
- Cleaning: After printing, clean the model with 95% Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA) or a dedicated resin cleaning solution.
- Post-Curing (Essential): To achieve optimal mechanical properties and a tack-free surface, UV post-curing is mandatory. Place the cleaned model in a 365-405nm UV curing chamber for 10-60 minutes (time varies with model thickness).
Storage& Disposal:
- Storage: Seal and store in a cool, dry place at 15-35°C, away from direct sunlight. Filter and store used resin separately.
- Disposal: Do not pour liquid resin down the drain. Please fully cure waste resin into a solid state and dispose of it as "General Recyclable Waste."
SafetyPrecautions:
- Personal Protection: Always wear gloves, safety goggles, and protective clothing when handling resin. Wash hands with soap after each operation.
- Ventilation: It is strongly recommended to use the resin in a well-ventilated area.
