Operation& Post-Curing:

Shake Well: Before use, gently shake the bottle to ensure the resin is thoroughly mixed.

Cleaning: After printing, clean the model with 95% Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA) or a dedicated resin cleaning solution.

Post-Curing (Essential): To achieve optimal mechanical properties and a tack-free surface, UV post-curing is mandatory. Place the cleaned model in a 365-405nm UV curing chamber for 10-60 minutes (time varies with model thickness).
Storage& Disposal:

Storage: Seal and store in a cool, dry place at 15-35°C, away from direct sunlight. Filter and store used resin separately.

Disposal: Do not pour liquid resin down the drain. Please fully cure waste resin into a solid state and dispose of it as "General Recyclable Waste."

✦ Safety Precautions: This material is a photopolymer resin. Always wear rubber gloves during operation to avoid prolonged skin contact, which could cause allergic reactions or irritation.
✦ Cleaning After Printing: After printing, clean the printed models with alcohol, isopropyl alcohol, or a specialized cleaning agent.
✦ Exposure Parameters Setting: Exposure settings can vary between printer brands and models. For optimal results, it is recommended printing a calibration test piece to confirm that the exposure parameters are suitable for your specific printer.

Post-Curing Treatment
After forming, this material must undergo a thorough post-curing process to achieve the best mechanical properties and durability.
✦ UV Post-Curing: Use a UV curing box with a wavelength of 365–405 nm for 10–60 minutes (the duration depends on the thickness of the model; thicker models require longer curing time). Sunlight is insufficient for post-curing.

This resin is compatible with a variety of 3D printers DLP (Digital Light Processing), SLA (Stereo Lithography Apparatus), and LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) masking, etc. QTS UV-Curable resin has low irritation, low odor, rich colors, and can be customized. A variety of special resins are available for purchase, including Basic, high-toughness, PPlike, flexible and highly ductile Flex, Water washable, high-hardness, and high-temperature resin that can withstand temperatures up to 260 degrees Celsius.

Resin Operation Guidelines
✦ Gently shake the resin to ensure it is well-mixed before pouring it into the resin vat. Avoid direct exposure to light. It is best to store the resin at room temperature (15-35°C) in a dry environment.
✦ Please filter residual resin and seal it in a container after use. New and used resin should not be mixed; please store them separately and avoid exposure to air.
✦ Do not tip the resin arbitrarily. Please solidify the resin first, then handle it as 'general waste' to the sanitation team."

✦ Skin Irritation: Resin may cause mild skin irritation. If you experience any allergic reactions, please stop using the material immediately.

✦ Avoid Contacting with eyes and Forbid Ingestion: Pleas avoid contacting with eyes and it is forbidden to ingest the resin. If the resin gets into your eyes, rinse them thoroughly with plenty of water and seek medical attention immediately.
✦ Ventilation: The resin has a slight odor. It is recommended using it in a well-ventilated area.
