Usage and Recycling Guide
Cleaning Steps:
- Drip Off Excess Resin: First, let most of the residual resin on the model drip back into the resin vat.
- Soak & Clean: Place the model in a container filled with Magic Wash Plus. It is highly recommended to use an ultrasonic cleaner (for approx. 2-5 minutes) for the best results. If you don't have one, use a soft brush to assist in cleaning.
- Rinse with Water: Remove the model and rinse it thoroughly with clean water to remove any remaining cleaning solution.
- Dry: Use an air gun to blow dry or let it air dry in a ventilated area. A slightly slippery feel on the surface right after washing is normal; it will become dry and non-tacky once fully dry.
Recycling Steps:
- Pour the saturated cleaning solution into a transparent container. Let it sit for several days or expose it to UV light to allow resin impurities to settle and cure.
- Carefully pour out the clean liquid from the top and filter it.
- Remove the cured resin residue from the bottom and dispose of it as general solid waste.
- The recycled cleaner can be mixed with a new batch for reuse.
Safety Precautions:
- Storage: Store in a cool, ventilated place, away from direct sunlight.
- Personal Protection: It is recommended to wear gloves during operation. If it accidentally comes into contact with your eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
