Precisely Render Your Indoor Visual Art:The QTS PLA Advertising & Display Series
In the world of indoor advertising, modelmaking, and decoration, the interplay of color and light is paramount. QTS hasspecifically developed the PLA Advertising & Display Series toaddress this, offering two distinct optical properties to expand your creativepossibilities.
This series is based on the widely popularPLA (Polylactic Acid) material, known for its high print success rate, strong detail expression, and eco-friendly, non-toxic properties.Furthermore, the formula has been optimized for advertising and displayapplications, ensuring color stability and a refined finish for your finalproducts.
Why Choose QTSPLA Advertising & Display Series?
Two Versions to Meet All Your Needs
1. High Opacity (Opaque) Version: Designed for applications requiring pure, solid colors. This version offers excellent light-blocking capabilities, effectively preventing light leakage even with a backlight source. This ensures that the contours of text and graphics remain sharp and the colors are rich and solid.
• Applications: Indoor 3D lettering, corporate logo walls, non-illuminated signs, detailed architectural models, and decorative parts that do not require light transmission.
2. High Translucency (Translucent) Version: Created for lightboxes and light art. This version features outstanding light diffusion properties, allowing LED light sources to spread evenly within the model. The result is a soft, uniform glow that effectively eliminates harsh hotspots. When unlit, the prints exhibit an elegant, semi-transparent finish.
• Applications: Indoor illuminated lettering, small advertising lightboxes, lampshades for models, light-based art installations, and product prototype shells.

Important Notes
• Moisture Management: Although PLA is less hygroscopic than PETG, prolonged exposure to humid air can still affect print quality (e.g., causing bubbles or a rough surface). Please store unused filament in a sealed, dry environment. If the filament becomes damp, we recommend drying it at 55°C for 4-6 hours.
• Heat Resistance Limitation: PLA has low heat resistance, with a heat deflection temperature of around 55°C. Avoid placing finished prints in high-temperature environments, such as inside a car on a sunny day, to prevent softening and deformation.
• Support Removal: PLA is a relatively hard and brittle material. Use tools and exercise caution when removing supports. Optimizing support settings (e.g., increasing the Z-distance) can make the removal process easier.
Disclaimer:
The values provided above are typicalvalues obtained under standard laboratory conditions and are for referenceonly. Actual performance may vary depending on the printing equipment, parameter settings, and model geometry.
