[Fatigue Resistant & Lightweight]

QTS PP (Polypropylene) is a semi-crystalline thermoplastic widely used in industry. In 3D printing, it occupies a unique niche, solving challenges that PLA and ABS cannot handle: specifically, extreme chemical corrosion and repeated bending.

Filament PP is designed for use with open-chamber 3D printers, requiring no special environmental temperature control. This filament offers several advantages, including low density and lightweight, minimal shrinkage, low warping, high toughness, and excellent interlayer adhesion. It overcomes the traditional high failure rate that previously made PP difficult for beginners to use.

Printers such as Bambu A1, A1 mini, P1P, or Creality Ender 3 V3 can print PP as easily as PLA—only with slightly reduced printing speeds and when used with PrintFix bed adhesive. This product meets RoHS and REACH international standards. Lightweight, tough, impact-resistant, and smooth-running, PP filament is the best choice for expanding printing applications.

Usage Instructions

◆ Vacuum-Sealed Packaging: Do not open the packaging before use to prevent moisture absorption. Excessive moisture can severely affect 3D printing quality.

◆ Storage: After use, dry the filament promptly and store it in a vacuum bag to prevent moisture absorption.

◆ Recommended Print Temperature: 220 ~ 260℃.

◆ Printing speed: 100–200 mm/s (print quality may vary depending on printer model and brand).
