Usage Instructions & SafetyRecommendations
Operation & Post-Curing:
- Shake Well: Before use, gently shake the bottle to ensure the resin is thoroughly mixed.
- Cleaning: After printing, clean the model with 95% Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA) or a dedicated resin cleaning solution.
- UV Post-Curing: To achieve the best toughness, it is recommended to place the cleaned model in a UV curing chamber, curing the front for 20 minutes and the back for another 20 minutes to ensure it is fully cured.
- Achieving High Transparency (Optional): Wet-sand the fully cured model with progressively finer grits of sandpaper (e.g., 400 -> 800 -> 1200 -> 2000) until the surface is smooth. Then, apply a high-quality clear coat varnish to achieve an optical-grade transparent effect.
Storage & Disposal:
- Storage: Seal and store in a cool, dry place at 15-35°C, away from direct sunlight. Filter and store used resin separately.
- Disposal: Do not pour liquid resin down the drain. Please fully cure waste resin into a solid state and dispose of it as "General Recyclable Waste."
Safety Precautions:
- Personal Protection: Always wear gloves, safety goggles, and protective clothing when handling resin. Wash hands with soap after each operation.
- Ventilation: It is strongly recommended to use the resin in a well-ventilated area.
