Usage Instructions & Safety Recommendations

Operation & Post-Curing:

1. Shake Well: Before use, gently shake the bottle to ensure the resin is thoroughly mixed.
2. Cleaning: After printing, rinse or ultrasonically clean the model with 95% Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA) or a dedicated resin cleaning solution for a maximum of 2 minutes.
3. UV Post-Curing: Place the cleaned model in a UV curing chamber for 10-60 minutes (time varies with model thickness) to achieve optimal mechanical properties.
4. Thermal Treatment (Crucial Step): To fully activate its high-temperature resistance, it is essential to place the UV-cured model in an oven and heat at 100°C for 10 minutes for deep curing.

Storage & Disposal:

• Storage: Seal and store in a cool, dry place at 15-35°C, away from direct sunlight. Filter and store used resin separately.
• Disposal: Do not pour liquid resin down the drain. Please fully cure waste resin into a solid state and dispose of it as "General Recyclable Waste."

Safety Precautions:

• Personal Protection: Always wear gloves, safety goggles, and protective clothing when handling resin. Wash hands with soap after each operation.
• Ventilation: It is strongly recommended to use the resin in a well-ventilated area.
