Printing Recommendations
✦ Nozzle Temperature: 220 – 240 °C
✦ Heated Bed Temperature: 30 – 50 °C (applying a thin layer of glue stick can enhance adhesion)
✦ Print Speed: 20 – 40 mm/s (softer materials benefit from slower speeds to ensure stable extrusion)
✦ Retraction Settings: Recommended to disable or use lower retraction speed (< 25 mm/s) and shorter retraction distance (< 3 mm) to prevent material stretching or jamming in the extruder.
✦ Recommended Nozzle: ≥ 0.4 mm (for better flow characteristics, a 0.6 mm nozzle is recommended)
Important Notes
1. Material Drying: TPU materials have high moisture absorption. If the filament becomes damp, printing will produce crackling sounds, surface bubbling, or severe stringing. Before each use, pre-dry the filament at 55–60°C for 4–6 hours to achieve optimal print quality.
2. Extrusion System: While this material has been optimized for most extrusion systems, using a Direct Drive extruder typically yields more stable and reliable printing results compared to Bowden systems.
3. Storage Method: When not in use, store the filament in a dry sealed bag or desiccant box with drying agent. Recommended storage environment humidity should be below 20% RH.
