Usage instructions
✦ This material is vacuum-sealed. Do not openthe packaging before use to prevent moisture absorption. Excessive moisture canseverely affect 3D printing quality.
✦ After use, promptly dry the filament and store it in a vacuum-sealed bag toavoid moisture exposure.
✦ Recommended printing temperature: 220~250°C/ Optimal: 240°C.
✦ Printingspeed: 20~50 mm/s (Print quality may vary depending on printer brand andmodel.)
Note
✦ Dry the filament at 55°C for over 4 hours before printing to ensure optimal results. It is also recommended to use a filament storage box during printing.
✦ Use a direct drive dual-gear extruder designed for flexible materials. TPU is typically difficult to print with Bowden (remote) extruders; if using one, print at a slower speed—20 mm/s or less is recommended.
✦ During long prints, residue or impurities may accumulate on the nozzle. Use cleaning filament regularly and replace the nozzle and throat tube if necessary.
